So Randy had shown me this sketch a week or so ago. He'd doodled it up using a pic of as reference (for the record, she's a beauty, go check out her gallery). It was pretty snazzy. He said he was thinking about using it in his sketchbook or as a print.
I told him that if he wanted to use it as a print, then he should add a background to it playing up the whole tramp stamp idea. I suggested he turn it into Catwoman sitting in her room getting ready to put on her costume, and this was what he sent to me.
Since then he's sent me more sketches with backgrounds. I think I've created a monster. But it's a monster in a good kinda way. I'd much rather color up stuff that has a background if it's gonna be used as a print than just a figure piece. Just makes the piece feel like there's a little story being told whenever there's some background in there.
