Lost Squad walkthrough by GarryHenderson Lost Squad walkthrough by GarryHenderson
*Juggertha had mentioned on the Moon Knight piece that he'd like to see a walkthrough. I don't usually do walkthroughs, so I didn't have anything for the MK piece. I did remember to get a couple of screenshots from the Lost Squad page as I was coloring it though. So I pieced those together and made a craptastic walkthrough!

Could you elaborate on the traps layer? Thanks.

Insightful! Its funny actually as i was kind of curious as to how you approached this picture.

Theres one thing im still wondering about though, and thats with the cellshading... the shadows are a gradient too, was wondering if you used a multiply/softlight layer for that or if you just did it seperately?

Cool beans though dude!

People probably think my approach to cel shading is weird...

I'll use my shadow colors on one layer. Then on a layer above that, I fill it with my highlight colors. Then I just erase the areas where I want the shadows to show. As for my gradiants, I just slap em on either the shadow or highlight layer. I just hit the lock transparency button on the highlight layer to protect the transparent areas over the shadows.

don't you have work to do? or did you use that extra time that would've been spent smoking cigs to make this pleasant documentation of your colorings?
